Living systematic review of Mpox vaccination in pregnancy

Researchers from the Argentine Cochrane Center have published a living systematic review and meta-analysis investigating the safety and effectiveness of Mpox vaccine in pregnancy and childhood. This initial evidence synthesis described no increased risk of miscarriage, stillbirth or preterm delivery, but a statistical association was observed with malformation risk.
