Observational cohort study examining the safety of medicines used to treat nausea and vomiting in pregnancy

ENTIS associate members PhD candidate Laure Sillis, Dr Essi Whaites Heinonen and Dr Michael Ceulemans, alongside OTIS colleagues from University of California San Diego La Jolla (California, USA), have published a study using the MotherToBaby cohort investigating the risk for adverse birth outcomes following maternal use of medicines for nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. A systematic safety surveillance approach assessing congenital malformation risk following prenatal antipsychotic exposure
