A systematic safety surveillance approach assessing congenital malformation risk following prenatal antipsychotic exposure
Researchers from the Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, USA, have published a study utilising a tree-based scan statistic (TBSS) approach evaluating the risk of a range of specific malformations and malformation groupings and their association with prenatal antipsychotic exposure.
