Is there an optimal method for assessing fetal growth parameters?
Researchers have published their findings from a study into the ability of two international birthweight standards (customised GROW and INTERGROWTH-21st) to identify perinatal morbidity and mortality indicators associated with small for gestational age. The findings indicated that customised GROW assessments resulted in the increased identification of small for gestational age term babies. More information can be found here.
