Researchers from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and Ariel University in Israel have published a population-based cohort study linking data from multiple Israeli healthcare databases. Exposure to either macrolide antibiotics as a group or specific macrolide antibiotics was not associated with miscarriage, and there was no evidence of a dose-response relationship between macrolide exposure and miscarriage.
