Paternal metformin use and risk of congenital malformation
Norwegian and Taiwanese researchers have published a cross national, population-based cohort study investigating malformation risks following paternal metformin use. The findings suggest that paternal use of metformin is not associated with congenital malformation in the offspring, including organ specific malformations. More information is available here.
