Observational cohort study of domperidone use in pregnancy

Researchers from the Japan Drug Information Institute in Pregnancy, a member of the ENTIS network, have recently published an observational cohort study where they compared the proportion of infants with major malformations between the infants of born to women taking domperidone (n=519) and non-teratogenic drugs during the first trimester of pregnancy. No evidence for an increased risk of adverse pregnancy or birth outcomes following maternal pertussis vaccination in pregnancy

A collaborative of researchers from the University of Adelaide, Australia, have published a study investigating the risks of adverse pregnancy or birth outcomes following maternal pertussis vaccination in pregnancy.
