Disproportionality analysis of pregnancy CFTR modulator reports in VigiBase

ENTIS affiliated researchers from the Swiss TIS (University of Lausanne), Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (Lugano) and Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV, Lausanne) have published a disproportionality analysis of the VigiBase World Health Organization global pharmacovigilance database, to identify signals of disproportionate reporting for pregnancy-related adverse drug reactions associated with elexacaftor, ivacaftor, tezacaftor and lumacaftor.
