Researchers from the University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen University Hospital have published a large population-based observational study investigating the safety of gestational duloxetine use. The study was conducted using data from registers in Sweden and Denmark, and provided reassuring results regarding major congenital malformation and stillbirth risks. Researchers from the US CDC’s v-safe registry have published some preliminary data regarding the risk of miscarriage.
